The Pool Build Process

Step 1: Layout & Design

Step 2: The Dig

Step 3: Steel Installation
Steel reinforcements are installed to provide structure and durability to your pool. Our builders use expert techniques to bend and shape the steel frame to match your design.
Step 4: Plumbing & Electrical
This critical stage installs the systems that bring your pool to life. From circulation lines to water features like jets or sheer descents, every detail is customized to your design.
Step 5: Shotcrete
Shotcrete involves spraying pressurized concrete into the prepared pool framework. This step shapes the structure, including steps, walls, and spa areas, according to your design.
Step 6: Tile and Copng

Step 7: Interior Finish
The interior finish is applied to the walls and floor of the pool, using trowels to achieve a smooth, polished look. Once the finish is complete, the pool is filled with water to begin curing.
Step 8: Pool Start-Up
During the start-up phase, technicians test the pool’s systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. They set timers, clean the pool plaster, and begin the water treatment process. Chlorine is carefully added over several days, and the pool becomes ready for use.
